What to Expect
When you visit Dr. Phillips will speak with you to determine the probable cause of your injury. This assessment will help us to evaluate the possible severity of the injury and the location of the pain or discomfort.
From there, Dr. Phillips will determine the next steps for chiropractic treatment. Because every person and every injury is completely unique, there is no standard, one-size-fits-all process. Your situation will be evaluated as an independent circumstance and you will be given focused attention based on what you and Dr. Casey discuss.
What do Examinations & Evaluations at Five Points Chiropractic & Wellness Include?
When you come in for a chiropractic examination and evaluation, your physical chiropractic condition will be examined to determine what is out of alignment and what specifically might be causing the pain and discomfort. You will receive a professional assessment, usually strength assessment, range-of-motion evaluation, a test of your reflexes and your sensation.
Finally, you’ll be presented with a professional recommendation of treatment options designed to alleviate pain or discomfort and to facilitate the recovery process.
